We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date for refunds and a 28-day window for exchanges.
How to Return an Item:
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
Contact us at branding@kamparystyle.combefore sending your return. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Include your order number and reason for return or exchangeinside the package.

We do not offer free returns; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.If your requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.
Processing Your Return:
Once received, your return will be inspected and processed within 15 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.
